Chad has more than 30 years of operations leadership experience across various industries and continents including Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific.  His B2B experience includes leading two joint ventures in China, serving as a Board Member of a joint venture in Taiwan, starting a wholly owned foreign entity (WOFE) in South Korea, and providing P&L leadership for various Asia-Pacific businesses with revenues over $200 million.  Chad has leveraged this experience into nearly two decades of leadership in smaller privately held companies spanning the exacting environments of medical devices, complex electro-mechanical products for aerospace and military, and engineered components for OEMs and industrial markets.  These smaller public and private, B2B and B2C companies under Chad’s leadership, realized revenues of over $50 million.  As with global businesses in Asia, Chad has served on a private company board in the medical device space and has had significant investment positions in two private companies all while in executive leadership roles.

With nearly two decades of entrepreneurial expertise, Chad specializes in guiding small and medium-sized businesses through scalable growth strategies with a laser focus on human talent engagement and growth driving the execution of tactical initiatives.  Chad’s background is in complex product and system solution environments serving demanding end-user market.  It is here, where he honed his skills driving results-focused, high-achieving operations.  In his business leadership roles, straddling operations and customer-facing functions, he is adept at forging strategic customer relationships driving revenue growth, and co-innovation of new products with strategic customers.  In markets as diverse as semiconductors, military communications, clinical out-patient facilities, and the US Department of Defense, Smaller growth companies, with an entrepreneurial culture, have thrived under Chad’s leadership.

As a small business owner in both B2B and B2C settings, Chad has direct, first-hand, unique insights into the challenges facing today’s business owners. With this basis for insight, Chad is keen to recognize best practices to learn, assimilate, and leverage to drive improved business results.  The Entrepreneurial Operating System® or EOS® is one of several methodologies that Chad has embraced.  With over 12 years of experience as the internal, EOS® champion at three different organizations, Chad is the Integrator who is positioned to help Visionaries/Owners and their organizations overcome challenges and grow to the next level.  Chad continues to assist small to mid-size manufacturing and e-commerce companies with the self-implementation of and on-going diligence and discipline necessary to optimize the use of EOS® to the benefit of the organization and its personnel.

With a foundation of servant leadership, I excel in fostering collaboration, motivation, and accountability across all levels of the organization.

Chad has leveraged his successes is larger multi-national organizations and pivoted to a new focus and passion with small businesses including being a serial entrepreneur.  Chad took the lead investor position in a medical device company while serving on the Board and as the COO.  With his direct oversight, the Class II device design was improved and finalized, the 510k submittal was approved by the FDA, and the self-implemented QMS successfully passed its first 3-day FDA audit only 90 days after FDA approval.  Chad personally participated in nearly 300 procedures in operating rooms and interventional diagnostic clinic facilities and saw the realization of the first revenues.  Chad was one of several investors in a historic 165-year-old company serving a home goods B2C niche and is currently funding two additional e-commerce businesses.  In all cases, Chad is capitalizing on his experience in navigating challenges, implementing foundational, efficient processes, and providing strategic direction in an inspirational and motivated fashion. It is in these environments where Chad’s track record demonstrates a history of sustained revenue and growth.
